The open water is calling
I know its still winter, but Spring time is around the corner, and our family is chomping at the bit to go out on the open water. We spend the whole spring and summer months next to the ocean because my kids love fishing, and my wife cant get enough sun bathing. Last year we upgraded our old pontoon at one of these boat sales. The boat we got is a large speed boat that easily seats 7 people, so each kid can invite a friend. My daughter, who is 8, named her “Dixie” after our beloved family dog who also loves sunbathing on the bow of the boat. We got an excellent deal, and I cant wait to take it out during spring break. We already rented a house on the water for a week, and Ive already started packing. One week of fishing, family and fun is the perfect way to use used boats.
