Brandon was born and raised in the North Texas town of Burleson. His outdoor excursions started at a very early age. "I was very lucky to have a father that would take me along every time he went hunting". The outdoors has just been a way of life for Brandon and his family. He harvested his first deer when he was seven years old with a .243 in Maynard Texas and arrowed his first deer when he was thirteen in Llano Texas. That is when he found his passion for bow hunting. He also got into bow fishing, frequenting lakes and rivers around the area every chance he had. Chasing carp and gar around the lake at night keep his bow shooting skills tuned in the off season months. Bow fishing was not the only night time hunting hobby he picked up. "My good friend Brian Doty introduced me to predator hunting. Our first stand of the night we had three fox come in at once". Now it's safe to say that hunting and bow fishing has become more than just a past time in Brandon's life. Brandon is a XOA camera operator, helps with events, and you will see him on big game and bow fishing episodes."There isn't anything that I would rather be doing, and it's an honor for me to be a part of Brian Doty's XOA crew. I look forward to many more action packed seasons ahead!"
